POSITION TITLE: Computer Programmer
JOB DESCRIPTION: Analyzing and adhering to business requirements and specifications; Engaging in code development, programming, and testing; Coding and debugging software programs, making appropriate changes when errors occur to eliminate said errors, and rechecking programs, utilizing performance optimization tuning and coding techniques; Updating, repairing, and modifying code and routines of existing software programs; Creating and executing user testing plans and scripts; Writing, modifying and maintaining assigned programs or operating systems using programming and object-oriented languages; Generating specifications, workflow charts and data flow diagrams to show organizational processes and structure; Providing end-user support; and Developing guides/manuals and other end-user materials. EXPERIENCE /
QUALIFICATIONS: MS or foreign academic equivalent degree in Computer Science & Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical & Computer Engineering, Computer Engineering, Information Systems or related field without experience. BS degree or foreign academic equivalent degree plus five (5) years of relevant experience is also acceptable.

Job Duties:
Tekforce Corporation is seeking a qualified professional to fill the position of Systems Analyst in San Ramon, CA to assist customers in defining business processes and researching new solutions or software in project estimation and planning stages. Work with the business teams in collecting business reporting, reporting standards, security and service level requirements. Act as the conduit between the business and IT teams. Analyze and report metrics by running SQL based reports by weekly or monthly. Perform GAP analysis for the modules in production, conducting feasibility study and impact analysis for proposed enhancements. Create business overview and user reference documents for projects. Monitor and track projects, ensuring the project utilization of project resources. Work directly with IT teams to manage development expectations and deliverables. Coordinate with the development teams to provide any clarifications on the CRM functionality during development and testing. Facilitate the User Acceptance Testing (UAT). This position requires Master’s degree, or foreign equivalent degree, in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration (any) or related field plus one (1) year of progressively responsible experience in related engineering/IT occupation.
